Any real estate, mortgage, financial, legal, insurance, accounting or immigration professional connected through this site is independently licensed or registered and operates their own business. They are not employees or agents of SettleInBC.
We do not provide regulated services
SettleInBC does not provide regulated professional services, does not act as a brokerage or advisory firm, and does not supervise the work of the professionals it introduces.
Your responsibility to verify
Confirm any professional's licensing, registration and standing with the relevant BC regulator, and review their own agreements and disclosures before engaging them.
Introductions require your consent
We share your details with a professional only when you submit a form asking to be contacted by them.
"Verified" status
We do not describe any partner as a "Verified Partner" unless a documented verification process has actually been completed for that business.
